With over a decade of experience, he has successfully built and led companies in the retail and hospitality sectors, consistently driving operational excellence. Throughout his career, John has implemented innovative solutions for companies of all sizes, collaborating across diverse departments—from customer-facing roles to finance—to streamline processes and enhance performance. Two years ago, John traded the bustling streets of NYC for the serene landscapes of Vermont. In his free time, he enjoys snowboarding, paddleboarding, golfing, meditation, yoga, martial arts, and hiking. However, he can always be found cheering on the New York Giants when they're on TV.

Rory Gardner

Director of Client Services/VP

Rory Gardner is the Director of Client Services and VP for ClientVitals, specializing in providing exceptional and individually tailored customer service and support to financial professionals who utilize ClientVitals. As well as assisting clients in effectively using pre-qualification services into their analytics and decision-making processes.

In addition, Rory oversees a team of specialists who provide prequalification services to consumers facing lending hurdles. Her leadership and guidance is instrumental in ensuring that ClientVital delivers high-quality services and effectively assist consumers in navigating borrowing challenges related to their lending profile and improving their loan qualifying factors.

With over 10 years of diverse experience in corporate retail and sales, Rory has always had a strong passion for helping people. Her focus on the individual and adapting the standard process to be a unique fit for each and every client is what sets her apart in what can be a one size fits all world. She also feels it is just as important to make sure that everyone has access to the education and resources needed to make informed credit decisions. She prides herself on making sure every client leaves with better credit habits, knowledge and skills to ensure a prosperous future.

Outside of the world of business, Rory enjoys spending her time Skydiving, traveling, swimming and spending time out on the water, enjoying her family, and relaxing with a good novel.
